Based in Edinburgh

£16,618 per annum pro rata (based on a 39 hour working week)

20 hours per week, three year fixed term contract

This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund for three years.

PASDA (Parents of Autism Spectrum Disorder Adults) provide information and support to unpaid family carers who are supporting an adult (over-16) with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in Edinburgh and the Lothians. They work in partnership to be carer-led, innovative, resourceful, inclusive and compassionate. Their vision is that families of adults on the autism spectrum will live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

The PASDA Administrator will support the operational requirements of PASDA by undertaking all administrative tasks related to the Big Lottery funded PASDA Interactive project.

The successful applicant will be required to register with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme through Disclosure Scotland. The cost of registration (less the disclosure fee) to be paid by the applicant. The post holder will be employed by Autism Initiatives on behalf of PASDA.
